Important Notes

GENERAL
  • Please ensure the payment of maintenance charges, water consumption charges, garbage disposal charges bilsl on or before its due date.
  • Your timely payment helps us to provide you the comfortable living in the township and to keep Sushant Golf City CLEAN & GREEN.
  • Interest @ 18% p.a. will be charged on delayed payment(s).
  • In case of dishonor of cheque, re-payment will be accepted through Cash or Demand Draft only. This is without prejudice to action as per Negotiable Instruments Act.
  • Please mention Property No, Bill No and Mobile No on the back of Cheque / Demand Draft for ease of linking.
  • For any billing related clarifications contact Customer Care on telephone / address indicated on the front side of bill.
  • Public dealing timings 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM & 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM from Monday to Friday and from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM on Saturday. Sunday & Holidays closed.
  • All dues of the tenant including surcharges on account of payment in default are responsibilities of and payable by OWNER(s) concerned. Tenant is billed purely as a service to the OWNER(s) without prejudice to contractual liability of the OWNER(s).
  • In case of sale / transfer of unit, a No Objection Certificate is mandatory to be taken from our office to avoid future incontinence. Mutation Charges, as per applicable rates, shall be payable.
  • Please let us have your contact / Fax No. and Email ID. Please inform your change of address whenever it changes.
  • Non-payment of water charges bill within due date will be liable to disconnection of water connection and / or withhold of recharge of electricity..
  • Disconnection & Re-connection charges shall be payable each time as per applicable rates.
  • Do not install motor on main water line as it affects uniform water supply
  • PLEASE DO NOT WASTE WATER.

Start of construction

  • Before the start of construction, the Building Plan of the unit shall be submitted in our office and the same shall be got approved from the competent authority. Necessary charges in this regard shall be payable by the owner(s) to AAPIIL.
  • Make payment of required Security Deposit with ANSAL API Infrastructure Limited to facilitate temporary water connection etc.
  • Please start the construction only after the demarcation of your plot boundaries by our company to avoid any inconvenience to you..
  • Before start of construction works please inform us in writing in 7 days advance, so the necessary permissions can be issued.
  • Please do the construction as per the approved building plan, no deviations are allowed. If any deviations found / observed during construction, the AAPIIL has full right to to stop the work and / or remove the unauthorized / illegal construction.
  • Please apply for temporary water & electric connection as per our prescribed formats in advance, so the necessary actions can be taken by us.
  • Do not damage or block footpath / drain and roads with construction material
  • Do not maintain a lawn / kitchen garden in the neighbouring vacant plot(s) as it amounts to encroachment and misuse of water. You have no right on that land.
  • Construct temporary toilets for labours..
  • Remove Malba on weekly basis as the work proceeds to avoid inconvenience to other residents.
  • Your construction activity should not cause nuisance or inconvenience to other residents.
  • No boring is allowed at site unless approval from Competent Authority is obtained and a copy of such approval is submitted in our office.
