As per the Hi-Tech Township Policy, this township will not be handed over to Municipal Corporation (Nagar Nigam), Lucknow and no House Tax or Property Tax shall be levied by any Govt authority/body. The residents / owners have to pay maintenance charges in advance on quarterly basis to Ansal API Infrastructure Limited towards general & over all upkeep of the amenities and infrastructure developed by Ansal-API, general cleaning and sweeping of common areas, maintenance of green area, drainage, sewage, street lights and as well as security of your family & property. Towards these services, a small contribution from the customers is taken in form of the maintenance charges, which is payable on quarterly advance basis.
