2. Map submission fee – Rs 920.00
3. Malba Charges – Rs 35.00 per Sq Mtr of Proposed built up area
4. Supervision fee – Rs 15.00 per Sq Mtr of proposed built up area
5. Strengthening Charges – Rs 80.00 per Sq Mtr of proposed built up area

Note:-
a. Application Form is available in our office; same can be obtained by cash payment.
b. All above payment(s) shall be deposited as and when demanded by us. All above payments shall be accepted only in cash or demand draft drawn in favour of Ansal API Infrastructure Limited payable only at Lucknow banks.
c. It is mandatory for the owner(s) to inform in writing regarding completion of construction of the house and obtain a Completion Certificate issued by Director (E&FM).
d. The owner(s) is/are requested to keep the site clean during and after the construction.
e. Any damage shall be recovered from the interest free security deposit as mentioned in clause 6 above.
f. Separate application shall be made by the owner(s) for electric connection during the construction stage.
g. No building material shall be stored on the roads or beam area of the township. In case the building material is stored on the adjacent/rear plot, the same shall be cleaned and vacated within 48 hours as and when informed by Ansal API Infrastructure Limited office, failing which the material shall be got removed by Ansal API Infrastructure Limited at the risk and cost of the owner(s) and the amount so spent shall be recovered from the amount of interest free security deposit as mentioned in clause 7 above.
h. Construction of house should be done as per approved layout, no deviation shall be allowed. Any unauthorised / unapproved construction shall be demolished by Ansal API Infrastructure Limited at the risk and cost of the owner(s),
